If you go to Siena you absolutely must go to Piazza del Campo, where the famous Palio is run twice a year. The huge tower "Torre del Mangia" is just beautiful.

This place is a hotel 5 minutes from our house and it has a wondeful view, we recomend going for an aperitivo at sunset. There is a restaurant "Il Tosca" that does breakfast, lunch and dinner
