There's a brunch on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. that includes bottomless mimosas. just sign up and use the player's card which you can do as soon as you arrive to the casino. This is called The feast buffet and is around $17

If you're looking for a happy hour on the strip, make your way over to the stratosphere where they have bottomless drinks from 6 to 10 daily for around twenty bucks, floor 108. One floor down 107 has a beautiful viewing deck to see over the Vegas skyline.
