Bulgarian currency is LEV, and it converts to euro at 1,95 LEV for 1 EUR. All banks have same exchange rates, so you dont need to worry about. You can withdraw from any ATM in the city, it will always notify you about the transaction fee. You can pay with cards everywhere, except taxis. Always on fixed rate!
