Oliver’s Hill Lookout is a free very scenic view of Melbourne and across the bay from Frankston. It is also very pretty at night. It is a ten minute drive from my place. There is a fixed cement compass that points out different parts of Melbourne and how far away they are from where you are standing.

Frankston beach is a lovely place to swim, walk along the waters edge and enjoy the natural environment. There is also a scenic board walk, a pier to walk on and a restaurant to grab a bite to eat or just an ice cream.

Shopping
Frankston bayside shopping centre is a short drive from my place. There are a large variety of restaurants and under cover shops catering for a range of shoppers. There are also cinemas, hairdressers, banks and a number of other facilities. Shopping can be done in all weather comfortably inside and under cover.
