Subways are the fastest way to get around.
We are located 5 minutes from the subway. Guests that stay with us will only have to take ONE subway to get to Manhattan or Times Square. They can choose from a local (C) or Express (A) train. There is a total commute of 20-25 minutes to Manhattan.

Broadway Shows
Google and find TKTS locations. Guest who have this access tend to enjoy 50% off on major Broadway shows. During the Xmas season, our family enjoyed Radio City Hall Xmas show for $75 versus the regular $150 ticket price.

Parking Anywhere in New York City
Some guests choose to drive around NYC. We own a vehicle in NYC and find it to be easy to get around and park. Parking is free and can easily be found on our street in front of our property. We encourage guests to please read all parking restriction signs. If there is something that you don't understand, please ask someone or send us a note. We would be happy to assist. It does take a strategy to avoid spending unnecessary money on parking fines.
