Sightseeing
Beside all the famous places in Santorini which are mentioned in every travel guide book my favourite place is Alt-Thera. Situated on the rock between Perissa and Kamari. You can hike up by the way from Perissa or Kamari. Probably there is a small bus in summertime (operating from Kamari) which you can take if you don't want to hike. I love this place because it is not as touristic as Akrotiri. The roman and hellenistic ruins are very impressive, there are stunning views to the island and the small airport. Watch the birds using the strong wind to stand in the air.

Entertainment & Activities
Fira at night is as alive as during the day. Enjoy diner, Bars, shopping - all what you want. Be careful with restaurants. I don't know how good they really are, its rather touristic.

Everything Else
From the port or airport there are buses going to Firà. In Firà you can change to the bus heading to Perissa and leave it in Emporio at the big church.
There are of course also Taxis available and a lot of car rentals.
