They serve reanimator coffee, our favorite! Their brunch is good and simple. Great place for lunch (brunch) or early dinner. They have a soup and sandwich menu that is pretty great! Crab cake sandwich is a must try, and the griddle brownie!

This new spot in the neighborhood is kinda amazing!! Quickly becoming a favorite place for many. They have a changing menu almost nightly of sandwiches, cocktails and sides, and an outdoor seating area too - great for spring/summer/fall visits!

Great pizza! Only open until the dough runs out! A lot press about this little place, and the hype is worth the occasional wait.

Great pizza! They have a little outdoor seating area, that is nice in the spring and summer. They do takeout/delivery, but it’s not a far walk from the apartment. ALSO the FIRST PIZZA MUSEUM is within the restaurant.

Bagels Philly style, this new spot in the neighborhood is the go to with locals - expect a line on the weekends if you go after 10 - but it moves pretty fast! Recommend the BLT or veggie bagel sandwich, also the blueberry bagel is nice with a smear of cream cheese!

Old-fashioned HOMEMADE ICE CREAM!!! In the summer that are lines, but again it moves fast. Worth the wait! Next door is Shane Confectionary - an old-time candy store, the also have ice-cream sandwiches there - if the line at FF is too long.

Good bar close to Union Transfer if you are going to catch a show, this is a great place to grab a bite to eat and drink before the show, or if you don’t like the band that’s opening. They also have a real good bar menu!!
