I suggest leave your car in Fajardo in the designate area and go in the lancha. Reservation can be made, recommend a day before you plan to go, they start sell tickets since 4:30am. The phone number is 787-494-0934, try to be as early as you can. And be patient.

Mosquito bay is the best bioluminicense bay, well conservate. Can call Island Adventure 787-741-0720 or http://www.biobay.com/ one detail I didn't know is that they transport in an electric boat with photovoltaic cell, less impact in enviroment.
