Eli's BBQ is located in Columbia Tusculum, but this is a secondary spot in Findlay Market where they get all the BBQ sent from there. A local favorite

They have so many varieties and seasonal beers. This place also has food.
Taft's Brewpourium 15 min from downtown is a better hangout place if you want to drive with pizza and games.

Take the Cincinnati Bell Connector Streetcar
Definitely take the Cincinnati Bell Connector Streetcar for an easy way to get around without looking for parking. It will take you all over OTR and downtown Cincinnati including the Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium.
All my places are really close to the different stations!
