Pasadena is an old city and home to the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl! Great old buildings, stores and restaurants on Colorado Blvd. Many of the buildings have historical markers. The Pasadena City Hall is beautiful.
Check out the Norton Simon Museum, The Huntington Library, The USC Pacific Asia Museum.

About a mile of a walk from our place. Brand park is home to the Brand Library which is housed in the beautiful home of Leslie Brand, "The father of Glendale." The library is themed on East Indian architecture. It is also known as El Miradero.
