The Beach at Pompano has 3miles of lovely beachfront that is over 100 yards wide with fine golden sand making it one of the most beautiful family friendly beaches in South Florida. There are all types of activities including water sports, sand volleyball, an interactive water fountain, playground, outdoor fitness equipment, walkways and picnic areas, all overlooking the ocean.
The public beach is guarded seven days a week from 9:00 am to 4:45pm and 6:45 during daylight saving time. All are very welcome.
If you cant find street parking in this area or want to park in shade there is a parking garage right across entrance to pier. cross streets of Seabreeze way and Pier st.

What an all around great park. Come here for the huge walking/running/ biking trail that loops around and check out the amazing play ground. Everything you could need to do outdoors can be found here. A beautiful public swimming pool, two playgrounds, sand volleyball court, multiple baseball fields, basketball courts, two large playgrounds ( one appears to be for smaller children.. like toddlers) , and a awesome walking trail that you can take around the golf course as well.
