Whenever I’m having a moment of “I’m hungry but I don’t know what I want to eat…” this is the place I head to! The Cubano sandwich is my favourite thing on the menu, but the Pork Belly is a close second.

Yukiguni is family-owned and operated. The sushi chef is a master of his craft. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for All You Can Eat (AYCE) Sushi but when it comes to quality, you can't beat Yukiguni.
Their menu is a la carte, because the ingredients are higher quality than the surrounding AYCE style sushi restaurants.
My friends' family owns this place, so if you run into James or Ayako, tell them you're Alex's guests - You'll even get an additional 15% off. :-o :-D

The Garrison House

I go here as often as I can. The food is locally sourced, the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. The menu is constantly changing, and the service is unreal.

The food concept is fantastic, there is also a wide selection of wines and cocktails, a couple of local beers on tap, and more in cans/bottles.

Ravine is just fantastic.
It's a large property, but feels like a quaint and cozy winery space.
I love their wine, their food menu is always fantastic, and the staff have always been great to me.

St. Catharines has so many great spots, be it food, trails to walk/bicycle, or live entertainment.
Definitely be sure to check out the downtown district, some of my personal favourite spots to grab a bite or a pint are: The Merchant Ale House, Lost and Found, Chz Plz, Lock Street Brewery and Chile & Agave.
