A must place to see for all visitors, regardless of when you visit Akureyri. A great atmosphere and a lot to see and taste :-) Located a short drive out of town - but worth the short drive/taxi ride

I would recommend this place in the evening, the basement (the name is Græni hatturinn) is known to have an ambitious program of music performers. Many well known but seeking that off venue experience
