A lovely upscale restaurant in town! Sunday brunch is particularly popular among locals -- with $5 mimosas and Bloody Marys! Reservations are the way to go for indoor dining -- but they have a wonderful outdoor bar area that is first-come, first-serve -- and you can eat at the bar/surrounding tables.

Owned by the great folks who own Black Sheep (and located next door), this is a great place with an awesome outdoor patio and a fantastic bar. They also do fantastic breakfast (Bigfoot Biscuit) from 7am - 12pm daily.

I have not yet personally been here - but it is top on my "to do" list! I think it's about a 2-mile out-and-back hike whose claim to fame is being on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Appalachian Trail (AT) in Georgia. The waterfall, one of the few on the southern stretch of the AT, is apparently stunningly beautiful and tumbles over 50 feet -- and is surrounded by hemlock trees, rhododendrons and a sharp, sheer rock face.
