Great place you can walk to. It’s right beside the clubhouse for Gulf Highlands where you can eat Breakfast or lunch ON the beach-it’s an open air restaurant volleyball courts swimming pool kiddie pool for the kids and the Wings are good

Great FUN for kids and families just like Dave & Buster’s or Chuck E. Cheese on steroids! They have rollerskating and rollerblading and arcade, bowling alley and food and a bar with big screens for watching games! Very walkable just go straight out the front of the unit to another pedestrian gate.

Very walkable just go straight out the front of the unit to another pedestrian gate.
There is a ton of stuff to do and shopping it’s like an outdoor mall on steroids! From live music at tootsies bar and lounge to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville to the back porch and don’t forget the pineapple whip at the shack across from the main entrance to pier park. I was introduced to pineapple whip at Disney world. It is amazing so enjoy!!!

Pier Park
There is a ton of stuff to do and shopping it’s like an outdoor mall on steroids! From live music at tootsies bar and lounge to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville to the back porch and don’t forget the pineapple whip at the shack across from the main entrance to pier park. I was introduced to pineapple whip at Disney world. It is amazing so enjoy!!!

Great place because it has three different fenced in areas for dogs to play with drinking water and toys. There is also a paved track around a large pond to enjoy where they have Junior fishing tournaments and there’s also miles and miles of walking and biking trails. There’s a website if you want to look it up

This unit has a gas stove and oven. Please make sure ALL the burners are turned OFF especially if traveling with children. Also, if you use the washer and dryer during your stay PLEASE do NOT put beach towels caked with sand in the washer! Please shake off on the balcony or out front in the courtyard. Thank you! The unit is non-smoking however I know people may choose to smoke on the balcony but please be aware there are neighbors below that do not smoke and discard of your cigarette butts appropriately. Thank you

NO PETS
The lawns in this development are peoples yards so there are only certain spots dogs can GO. There are potty stations Nearby on the property. IF you have a friend that comes to visit and has a pet they are NOT allowed in the unit with the pet! But if they have to GO there is a spot which is out the front door of the unit/behind the building out front and at the back by the tennis courts there is a pool and restrooms. FYI You’ll see doggie bags and a green trash can. Please do not allow your friends pet to defecate in someone’s actual yard!! Please clean up after them!!! Thank you

Dollar tree Walmart and Murphy’s gas station are all less than a half mile away go out the main gate turn right. There is also the post office Applebees McDonald’s Taco Bell sonic Beef O’ Bradys subway mexican, BBQ, Marble slab, backyard burger, Zaxby’s and checkers is open late. All of these are less than half a mile away from the main gate and there’s many more options. Lowe’s and Home Depot Publix ALL less than a mile away advance auto parts and Dollar General also
