This is a vegan place but even if you love meat (I do) their avocado margarita and the local hang is so worth it! It's in a cool little place known as One City. There's a sand bar with volleyball nets and locals are always hanging out playing some pick-up games.

This is in a new building too called Sylvan Supply. Great little spot if you're looking for a quick, healthy, & fresh meal.

This is my favorite coffee shops maybe because it's green and black and wood and once you see the house, that'll make sense. :) If you choose to give it a try, I recommend the Shagbark Latte.
It is on the other side town from the house but if you venture out, it's a good swing by.

Sightseeing
Broadway needs little introduction. The famous Nashville strip of live music and honky tonks. Definitely a must see. If you're not a people person, try to check it out during the daytime. There will be a few less people... at least a few less intoxicated people.

Neighborhoods
This whole neighborhood is adorable. They have restaurants and shops along 12 South too. If you're up for walking around a neighborhood with locals, this is a great one to visit. Very busy on the weekends but if you're looking for an outdoor meander that's without the crazy of downtown, this is a great few blocks.

Have you seen pictures of people standing by painted angel wings floating around Instagram? It's here, in The Gulch, and on the weekends expect to wait in a line to get that Instagram picture of your own. This area is right on the cusp of downtown as well. Lots of restaurants (The Pub & Sunda are two of my favorites) and some shopping too!

If you're looking for a quiet night solo or date, check out the local little theater in an area a couple miles from the house called Hillsboro Village. They're often showing new documentaries and indie films. This is a sweet little Nashville token that gets overlooked.
