Situated right underneath the apartment you will want to eat lunch and dinner here, in fact you could happily stay the duration working your way through this menu. Family friendly, but mind that it does get booked out very early. You can always order a takeaway and eat it on the deck upstairs!

If you have eaten at Chim Chooree you will have sampled their delicious desserts and they are the makers of this unbelievably good ice cream. Eat it there, stroll into the park next door or buy a tub and eat it back at the apartment. A must.

This is a lovely zoo with a good range of animals in really well designed enclosures. You won't see a lion or elephant but there are tigers, rhinos and giraffes that you can get up close and personal with. Definitely worth visit with the family.

A lovely place to go with the family. An easy 45 minute walk around the lake or choose to stay and play in the well designed children playground. There is a cafe there where you can grab a bite to eat or have an ice cream. Feed the ducks or float you model boats!

World class and award winning botanical gardens that are a 30 minute walk along the river to get to them. You can easily while away 1 hour or spend the whole day. There is the Hamilton Gardens Cafe to look after any hunger pangs. I highly recommend a visit here.
