THIS IS A MUST VISIT. It is an old sugar mill turned into a restaurant and a beautiful spring is only 15ft from the front door of the restaurant. The pancake mix is a recipe from the 1800's and you cook your pancakes on a griddle in front of you. Food, Florida Spring and Boat tours/water rentals -- what else can you ask for? It is located in a state park so there is an entry fee in order to access the restaurant.
