Closest restaurant to us with really high ratings on Yelp, but I haven't tried it yet. You can take a nice walk through Hampton Park to here for lunch or dinner. They also do light breakfast.

An AWESOME ropes course on James Island. Unlike anything I've ever tried before! You can climb during the day or at night. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. $45-50/person

The Gaillard is a beautiful building. There are typically shows here every week ranging from plays to the Charleston Symphony (which I highly recommend!).

People seem to really love this dive even though it always smells of vomit. It's probably because they have cheap drinks and live shows. They also have a good deal on wings for happy hour (4pm-8pm!).
