Nice to walk to along the top of the cliffs. Good food, ales and sea views. Get away from the crowds. Nice walks nearby down to the beach and seafront.

A Brewery where you can buy the beer and either drink it there or buy to take home. The Saltwick Nab is excellent. Play great rock music too. Great view of Abbey. Where Coldplay recorded for radio ones big weekend.

A lovely well looked after park with no dogs allowed.
Excellent children's play area. Get away from the busy town. Some nice views and a lovely museum too.

Sightseeing
Wonderful track for walking and bikes. Uses old railway line. For a short walk walk from Whitby and head over the Larpool viaduct, superb views.
