This hike is family friendly and unbelievably AMAZING! You will see bluffs, waterfalls, rivers, the list goes on.... This hike is great for all ages, while still challenging everyone. I cannot say enough about this hike!

The Elk River in Pineville, has so much to offer. There are countless places you can go to rent kaiaks, canoes or rafts. It is so relaxing to get out on the river for the day and totally worth the hour-hour and a half trek to get up there.
