Best broasted chicken in ALL of Amish Country!! We live here, and it’s our favorite “Amish” type restaurant. Without a doubt it’s worth the scenic 25 minute drive out to Mt. Hope, OH!

Stop over at Sugar Valley Meats, located just the next hill over from us towards Sugarcreek. The area’s largest local butcher shop that does things right! They have an in-house smokehouse and nice deli meat and cheese selection. Their BBQ pulled pork is second to none or grab some steaks and slap them on our grill for a delicious dinner!

Very unique store with tons to see! Variety of old fashioned items that you just can’t find anywhere else! You’ll find something you didn’t even know you needed. Usually about a 40 minute drive from the house depending on traffic. The drive up there is beautiful!!
