Hours: M-Sun, 11am-9-9:30pm. Super local joint. Casual, chill atmosphere, small but spacious with amazing full, front window street view. Fantastic sandwiches, salads & rotating daily soups named after famous destinations. Good mixture of fresh & housemade condiments. Full house beer market with individual can/bottle selections as well as on draft. Beer to go. Tasty cookies & cupcakes as well as chips.
Outdoor seating only for sit and stay, does well for to go.

Arguable the best coffee with in walking distance. Best place for quiet lap top work. In warm months, literally the best cold brew I have ever experience. Sadly, they run out of cold brew often.

Go to local dive bar, but it is very nice inside. Only about a 12 minute walk from the house. Open till 2am. Cheap drinks & beer on draft, bottle or can. There is a pool table & modern juke box. Duirng the week they have Quizzo. It doubles as an amazing ethiopean restruant you can eat dinner. Crowd varies from night to night. Good for groups or even just solo.

It is whimsical & facinating. To date, it is the largest work created by mosaic artist Isaiah Zagar. They host fun events, DIY art nights, live music & BYOB. The Magic Gardens spans three city lots, and includes indoor galleries and a large outdoor labyrinth. It is a giant piece of art you can walk through and explore nooks & crannies. It is whimsical & facinating. To date, it is the largest work created by mosaic artist Isaiah Zagar. They host fun events, DIY art nights, live music & BYOB. NO INDOOR SHOPPING FOR COVID. WEEKEND POPPOPS
One of my most favorite all around places to visit in Philly. It is a flower shop, gift shop & cafe. There is a live walk through greenhouse that is warm and you can see so many unique plants avialble for purchase. They do custom bouquets and arrangements. You just tell them your budget (even $15-20) and they will put together the most amazing bouquet. They sell a bunch of local essential oil & natural products for a reasonable price. Local jewerly, candles, pottery. All very tasteful and unique.
It is my favorite place to just browse and meander while I sip a coffee from their in house cafe.
They staff is so nice and are always helpful. No one leaves unhappy.
