You're in Seattle, there's coffee everywhere ~ starting with your apartment. I will grind your coffee fresh the day you arrive. There is a French press there.
If you want to step out for a local experience, there are plenty to be had nearby

Positively the best breakfast/brunch anywhere ~ complete with a berry bar and a big pitcher of real maple syrup to drown your waffles in. Make happy. : )
