I can't say enough about how much we adore the Pontotoc Weingarten, which is located close to Hondo's on Main Street. Don't be shy - Order a picnic basket (add an extra brownie to it--Just trust me) and a bottle of sangria and hang out in their charming, relaxed courtyard. This is one of our favorite spots in town. The Money family has the coolest story! Tell them Abode Hill Country sent you!

Calling all early birds! This place gets busy, especially during the weekends! However, if you arrive a little later, it's worth the wait! This dive is one of the "no-frills" original brunch spots in town. How do you feel about crostinis with baked brie, candied pecans and bacon jam? There's something called a "Big Ass Sandwich" that will knock your socks off. Honestly, we love everything on the menu. The omelets are incredible. I've heard the lunch menu is top-notch, but I have a hard time parting with my favorite meal of the day! You will leave needing a nap.
