A cute outdoor patio with yummy sandwiches and soups. They have a small shop attached and sometimes have live music. The inside dining is quaint and cozy with really friendly staff.

A staple up here! Oversized portions for homestyle breakfast or lunch. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. There is usually a wait, so plan accordingly.

We pick up baked goods from here at least twice a week. They have delicious types of sourdoughs (jalapeño cheese is our favorite), and yummy pastries.
The sourdough rounds are great as bread bowls for soups, too!

This one is in Greer, but well worth the drive. Established in 1910, it's one of the oldest restaurants still serving in AZ. And for a reason... Molly's no-bean prime rib chili recipe has attracted people from all over, including President Herbert Hoover! It's so good, we served this at our wedding welcome party.
We love the bar area and outdoor patio when the fire is roaring.

Molly's no-bean prime rib chili recipe has attracted people from all over, including President Herbert Hoover! It's so good, we served this at our wedding welcome party.
We love the bar area and outdoor patio when the fire is roaring.
Charlie's is the 7th oldest restaurant in Arizona that is still operating. Nohea likes the roasted chicken, and Danny likes the ribs. We both love the french onion soup!

Porter Mountain Stables offers a beautiful, serene ride around Scott Reservoir as well as some pony rides for small kids. PLAC&S is in Pinetop Country Club and offers lessons and pony rides.

The Mt. Baldy trail system is about 45 minutes away, and is on our list of top 5 scenic hikes! We like to do both East Fork and West Fork every year. East Fork offers a serene, flat hike along the Little Colorado River. West Fork gets steep, but the summit is ethereal.

Our favorite courses are Pinetop Lakes Country Club - which is a casual executive course, and Bison Ridge in Show Low - which is a longer, more upscale and scenic course with fun obstacles and a great restaurant.

Always a fun time! For the non-gamblers, the bar area is fun and usually has line dancing going on weekend dnights.
