One of my favorite places in Port Ricmond, the LUNAR inn is a great restaurant and bar a short walk away. The food and vibe are amazing and the owners and staff are so friendly! As a bonus, they have a small bottle shop called Tinys in the back that has a great selection of natural wine and some craft beers.

Philly's old city is beautiful and full of amazing things to see! From Ben Franklin's house, to Independence Hall, this is the place to see history. It's easily walkable and there are tons of fun restaurants and bars in this area.

The El Subway is the fastest way to get around
The easiest way to get around the city is the El subway line. My house is not walkable to the El, but there is a bus that takes you directly to the El line on Girard St. Do not walk to any of the El stops in the Port Richmond/Kensington area as it is dangerous at night.
