The well is said to have sprung up when St David was born on the cliffs in a thunderstorm.It is reputed to cure eye diseases.The ruin of the original ancient chapel stands in the field nearby.The photo shows the very beautiful reconstructed chapel of St Non,built from ancient chapel stones which past farmer's had used for stone walls around the fields.
