A quick 5 minute drive from the house or 10 minute walk. A perfect place for ocean fishing, (you can rent fishing equipment on the pier during the day).
If fishing isn’t your cup of tea you can enjoy the long stretches of beach on either side of the pier.
On the pier you will also find KoKo Cabana, a fun place to eat for lunch and dinner!

A quick 45 minute drive to Wilmington, NC will get you to their Historic Downtown area. Full of restaurants, shopping and even haunted ghost tours!
Wilmington is also home to many of your favorite TV and Movie productions! Take a Hollywood walking tour and see just where Dawson, Pacey & Joey grew up :) Among other of your favorite Hollywood favorites.

A small but powerful Health Food Store right down the road from the house! While it may be a very small health food store they have an amazingly wide selection of supplements, foods, personal cares, and a great smoothie bar!
You must try the coffee smoothies!

A family owned and run pizza place in the heart of town. Very friendly service and great pizza too! Order a pie and take it to the beach for a fun sunset dinner, or lunch!
During the peak visitor season (summer months) they can get a little busy so make sure you leave plenty of time from when you need the pizza and actually order.
