Access the Kate Pace Way off Cranberry Road, Callander for the best spot to catch the birds.
Come early (before 2pm) with bird seed and the birds will eat right out of your hand. Walk until you see the bird houses (they are mostly red).
Great, flat paved trail. Perfect for families or those requiring accessibility (summer).

Title says it all. Off the highway, designated viewing area.
So much to explore.
Walking trails and gardens, carousels (summer), train rides (summer), beach access, great playground, marina.
The Boat restaurant is excellent in the summer for a casual evenings on the patio with all the string lights. Converts to a bar on the weekends/evenings.
Also available and departing point of the Chief Commanda boat cruises.
