Want to know where is the best view in Cabo San Lucas that not even the locals know about? Of course you do! To enjoy the incredible view you will need to do some hiking workout on Mt Solmar. As they say, nothing good comes easy.
Mt. Solmar is a hill, part of Land’s End, near the marina of Cabo San Lucas. It features a breathtaking 360 view to the Pacific Ocean, Sea of Cortez, and the bustling marina. To find the trail that leads to the top, you will have to go through Enrique’s private property, a dog shelter and training kennel. Don’t worry, he’s a nice guy and the dogs are friendly.
The guided tour starts at 8 AM almost everyday. To get to the starting point just type "The Hike" in Google Maps, near Cabo San Lucas beach.

City/Town Information
Medano Beach has the resorts and the Marina has the charter boats, but the downtown area of Cabo San Lucas is the heart and soul of the city.
This is where you find traditional arts and crafts, traditional Mexican food, the Luxury Avenue shopping mall and many more daytime activities. But the neighborhood is probably best known for its rowdy nightlife. Popular cantinas such as Cabo Wabo, El Squid Roe and The Nowhere Bar offer plenty of late night fun.
