Walk to Beaches
To get to the beach from the house, turn right out of the driveway, pass 4 houses on your right. You will get to a metal gate. Walk around it, and follow the path to the beach through a lovely nature reserve where you will probably spot a wallaby or two.

Red Rock Beach is walking distance from the house. Simply walk through the nature reserve to Cowes Beach, walk left once at the beach, and around the point you will see the amazing giant red rocks the beach is famous for.

Food scene
There are so many amazing restaurants to try in Phillip Island, but these are our faves :)
A must visit while you are staying. Great for the family as well. Sit outside on the grass and chill with your favourite wine, or dine in the restaurant. There are sections that are dog friendly. There is also a lovely store of home wares. You will love it.

Great restaurant by the water with views. Food for all tastes and their local beer is made from saltwater! There are tables outside so dogs are probably allowed, though we haven’t tried as yet.

We love this restaurant for great steaks & ribs. The owners are also really lovely people. It’s also dog friendly at the front.

Lovely Italian restaurant with views to the pier. Good food too. We love the kilpatric oysters and home made breads. Book in advance to get the outside corner table :) It’s dog friendly on the terrace

Anerie is a cute little french restaurant with very special food and ambiance to match. The pasties are amazing. The owners are lovely. Do book in advance. There are tables at the front if you wish to bring your dog.
