You definitely want to visit the "40" as locals call it. Best Bar-Food Bar none! If your around on a Sunday you need to try their vegan menudo. Yes vegan and it's better than the real deal.

Our favorite is the Italian pizza. It's all veggies with pesto sauce instead of tomato sauce. Pair it with a soft drink or even better red wine...YUM! There are small 2 seater tables to eat at..I recommend picking up and enjoying at home.

Neighborhoods
This is a neighborhood park up in the hills. A nice walk from Alta Ave. with some hills to get your blood going. There are plenty of benches to sit and enjoy lunch..or if you prefer to picnic on the grass you will need a blanket. It's a beautiful park with a swing set for kids and a small water feature. Take a frisbee or a book to read...very peaceful park.
