One of the best Italian spots in San Diego and it is a half a block form the house! The garlic bread is free and so good! And the back patio is lit up with white lights and has the perfect ambiance for a date night! The Lobster Ravioli is a favorite. Ask for server Chris, he's one of my best friends!

One of the best known Ramen spots in San Diego. And it is a block walk from the house! Expect a long line; you'll order at the counter and then they'll bring your ramen out. Lots of good local beers on tap and fire pits on the tables.

Newest Italian spot in the neighborhood. All the pasta is made fresh in house and is phenomenal! Try the Fritelli Cacio e Pepe to start - it's an Italian style donut with a pecorino foam and pipli black paper - yum!!

One of the many breweries in North Park, but this one is a block walk from the house and it has lots of seating and an eclectic vibe on the inside. Beers range from IPAs to sours, and they may even have a seltzer on tap if your lucky!

About 3 blocks walking from the house. This park is the North East corner of Balboa Park. On a warm weekend the park will be full of friends working out, playing lawn sports, or relaxing for a nice picnic. You can also see the downtown skyline and the Coronado bridge from the park, which is really amazing!
