A peaceful place to walk in a beautiful Nashville neighborhood. About a 30 minute drive from the house. Surrounded by beautiful old neighborhoods full of pretty homes. Worth exploring. Also host to a pair of mating bald eagles and their babies.

East Nashville is full of independent and locally owned businesses. These are my top local favorites near the house (East Nash)
My favorite BBQ in East Nashville. It's all amazing-- but for something different try the brisket or pork tacos. The Southern Salad with pulled chicken is also AMAZING. Get the Alabama white sauce!
