The Art Gallery is close by and very interesting too.
Both have special exhibitions regularly & North Terrace is a hub of activity - a good place to get the feel of the city.
Then walk down to Elder Park via the Women's Pioneer Gardens and the Parade Grounds. It's pretty.
Don't forget to see the Iconic Adelaide Oval and maybe even go on the the roof climb...
