Shopping

Kobo Ichi Flea Market On the 21st of every month, "Kobo-ichi", one of the largest flea markets in Kyoto, is held inside the grounds of To-ji Temple. Enjoy a whole day here as you find a lot of antiques, second-hand clothes and bric-a-brac. It is a very lively market where you can spend time looking around as there's so much to see with more than 1,000 stalls! Don't have to worry about going hungry since there are many food stalls selling takoyaki and yakisoba. Shops start as early as 5 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon.
