Open year round from 5 am to dark. May - October, go at sunset to see the bats emerge from the cave. Docents are usually on hand to share their knowledge. Very nice little 1/2 mile trail down the ravine. Next door to eclectic Alamo Springs Cafe if you work up an appetite.

Historians should not miss this one-of-a-king monument in Texas. There is info about it in the BnB. Walk from the BnB to downtown Comfort, along High St., across Hwy 27 to the monument. Don't even have to drive!
