The capital building is beautiful to walk in and around, you can access the upper level and get great views all over the city. It's full of museum type of exhibits and on Saturday mornings you wont want to miss the world famous farmers market around the entire capital square.

State Street is a pedestrian friendly street that connects the capital to the UW campus. It is full of shops and restaurants, keep walking and end up on campus and the student union right on the lake, enjoy a beer!

Where the UW campus merges with the city. It's a great place to grab a beer or an ice cream, people watch, enjoy the lake breeze and some live music. Highly recommended

Go to the Circus World Museum, walk around the historic downtown, and look at the old houses built by Circus Money in it's hayday.

This tourist town will entertain people of all ages. The largest water parks in the US, great shows and restaurants, boat tours through the amazing rock formations of the Dells on the Wisconsin River.

During the warmer months go see a show in the woods at American Players Theatre, one of the top Shakespeare theatres in the country. Or visit the home of Frank Llyod Wright, rent a canoe or kayak and get on the Wisconsin River and layout on a sandbar! Heaven!
