One of Boston's oldest neighborhood. Tons of old brick row houses, cobblestone streets, small restaurants, cafes, and shops. A great walk and puts you close to many other sight-seeing options (e.g. the North End, Chinatown, etc).

Some great restaurants (including Yellow Door Taqueria), and on a nice day, it's not far to walk to the Neponset River Trail. It's a difficult neighborhood to get to on public transit, but offers a different view into Boston through one of it's many neighborhoods.

Local jazz bar. Historic, local favorite, intimate! It's a small place that can fill up quickly. Very convenient to dinner at Darryl's Corner Bar and Restaurant or Mida, both close by. Accessible via the Orange (train) Line.
