A window into how cool DC is getting. Some restaurants in here w/bars, and a bunch of smaller outposts of hip DC eateries too. Not much retail. Worth the short walk or bike ride on easy sidewalks.

Lots of (mostly chain, but good) shops, a few nice cafe chains, fast food in the basement. I don't recommend the full--service restaurants in here tho -- you can do so much better elsewhere!
