If you are visiting the south and you're looking for that Southern Grub, this is the place! The hamburger steak is cooked to perfection. And smothered in that dark brown gravy with onions on top. OMG!!! The fried chicken is very southern. It reminds me of the old days when Big Mama and all her contemporaries used to cook enough food for the entire neighborhood to eat and fried chicken was one of the meats. Let me not forget to mention that the cornbread is DEVILICIOUSLY GOOOOOOOOD!!! It is extremely addictive. Conbread CRACK!!! You will eat one and before you know it, you will have devoured every piece without realizing it. Be sure to just go ahead and order an entire plate full of cornbread. I am just helping you out in advance.

One of the best burgers in town. Fries are amazing and the burgers are among the best in town. Excellent seasoned beef and fresh toppings. Very reasonable prices as well. Always bring guests from out of town here, and they always want to come back.

One of my favorite restaurants in Montgomery! Great location, it’s tucked away in a corner off Zelda road. Friendly and attentive staff. Amazing food! I thought I hated bread pudding, but then I had Cork & Cleavers! Having their white chocolate bread pudding is a must! Don’t look at the calories. . .but it’s worth it! The lobster and crab Mac&chesse is also very good. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. Eating in restaurant or picking up you’re in for a treat!

Fantastic! Excellent waitress! Raw oysters the coldest and best I’ve ever had! All the entrees were great besides my husbands steak wasn’t much to brag about. He had a ribeye. My daughter had the sirloin which was as flavorful as it could be and super tender! The shrimp and grits were Devine! I believe the most flavorful little shrimp I’ve ever had.! The redfish was a huge hit as well. We loved the food so well we are going back tonight! Can’t find raw oysters just anywhere. The bread pudding definitely the best I’ve ever had. We got the loaded and it had candied pecans all over it !!! Like OMG this meal was fantastic! Loved it!
