Area with Lots of Limestone and hard water
A lot of areas will have water softeners to make it easier for the pipes and filters for water to last longer. These can make water slippery and cause a sensation where it seems like soap and body washes don't seem to rinse off completely. Completely normal here.
If you drink tap, it will have a mineral water taste.
