Old observation tower at the hill. There is a small and cute cafe who has worlds best sugar donuts "munkki". There is normally always queue to the cafe but it wont take too long to get in. You can go up to the tower and see the whole Tampere area. Fee to the tower is only 2euros for adult.

Stable Yards, Old time idyll in Tampere Centre
A hundred years ago the Stable Yards were part of the Finlayson factory community that dominated the city of Tampere for half a century. The Stable Yards were the domain of the factory owner’s horses and the staff needed to care for them. The charming Russian style cottages in beautiful garden surroundings have now been restored to their 1880´s appearance and made home to a range of little gift shops, artisans workshops and café.
Today, the historic Tallipiha is a free-of-charge sight with a fascinating cafe, chocolate and handicraft shops and various events. The community is also home to different seasonal events. Summer events include a traditional Finnish Midsummer celebration, market days and artisans’ work demonstrations. During the summer, a genuine old time horse cab awaits customers in the Yards. During winter, Stable Yards celebrate Shrovetide and Christmas with various events. The Stable Yards have something to offer to people of all ages.

Tampere is a sauna capital. We have a lot of Public Saunas. This is one of the best ones.
Men and women have their own washrooms and changing rooms with showers and a lake faucet. The dressing rooms have coat racks and lockers, as well as a hairdryer.
There is same sauna for women and men, so bring your swimsuit and slippers. Price is 10e for adult.
You can swim in Lake Näsijärvi both in summer and in winter. From the sauna, a path and stairs lead directly to the lake.

The park is also home to Hatanpää Manor, which is used by companies and can be rented for parties. There are also two summer cafés in the arboretum.
The Hatanpää arboretum can be reached by buses 11, 13 and 15. You should leave the bus at the Hatanpää Hospital (Hatanpään sairaala) stop.
