If you take the metro down to Flaminio you will immediately come across the majestic Piazza del Popolo, you can visit the Church of Santa Maria del Popolo which houses a Caravaggio and admire the twin churches. You can then take Via del Babuino and turn onto Via Margutta and thus arrive at Piazza di Spagna. Go up to Trinità dei Monti and walk towards the Pincio, the most beautiful terrace on Rome and if you have time you can take a walk in Villa Borghese. Get off at Piazza del Popolo, take a walk on Via di Ripetta passing in front of the academy of fine arts and then you will arrive at the Mausoleum of Augustus, in Piazza Augusto Imperatore, resume Via di Ripetta, go up towards Lungotevere in Augusta and you will find yourself in front of the Ara Pacis. Go back to Piazza Augusto Imperatore head towards Via del Corso, admire the beautiful Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina, resume via del Corso, Largo Chigi, Via del Tritone, Via Poli… you have arrived at the Trevi Fountain!
Now you leave, let's go towards the Quirinale, I love this walk, take Via di San Vincenzo, Via della Dataria and go up to Piazza del Quirinale (or if you prefer take the staircase), on the left you will have the Quirinale and on the right the Scuderie del Quirinale, which always host an exhibition.
Walk along Via del Quirinale, walk all the way up to the intersection with Via delle Quattro Fontane, look at the wonder of the fountains and the church.

Marchez le long de la Via del Quirinale, marchez jusqu'à l'intersection avec la Via delle Quattro Fontane, regardez la merveille des fontaines et de l'église.

In front of the Colosseum you can go towards Via Nicola Salvi, Largo Gaetana Agnesi, and take Via Vittorio da Feltre. There is a bridge from which you can see the Colosseum and you can take wonderful photos.
Don't miss the Vittoriano and its magnificent terrace!

Here we are, this is one of the most exciting itineraries. Take the whole day. I recommend that you get off at the Acciaioli stop and start your visit by heading to Via del Banco di Santo Spirito and enter Arco dei Banchi, you will find a starry sky waiting for you.
Go back towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele and head towards Via Giulia and visit the particular Church of Santa Maria dell’orazione e morte, I recommend not going all the way, Via Giulia is one kilometer long! Head towards some old benches, head to Via del Government Vecchio (yes I know, you will do a little back and forth, but it's worth it, trust me!), Go first to Piazza dell'Orologio where the Borromini tower is , then head towards Via della Chiesa Nuova and arrive in piazza della Chiesa Nuova enter Santa Maria in Vallicella where a particular painting by Rubens awaits you. Now go to Via dei Coronari, Arco della Pace and Chiostro del Bramante, return to via dei Coronari, go all the way to Piazza di Tor Sanguigna, turn right, Via Agonale ... here it is ... Piazza Navona with its imposing fountain of the four rivers, the church of Sant'Agnese in Agone and the fountain of the moor and that of Neptune !!!!! If you want to continue observing the square comfortably seated and nibbling something, there is the beautiful VIVI bistro.
Now you have to decide whether to go to Campo de 'Fiori or to the Pantheon!
I would go to Campo de 'Fiori and then to the Pantheon, because from the Pantheon you can then head towards Largo Argentina and take the bus back home, or Piazza Venezia from where you can take line 46 or 916 from the terminus, thus taking advantage of the possibility to make the journey seated!
Head towards Via della Cuccagna, cross Corso Vittorio Emanuele, and enter Via dei Baullari, turn left and look at the beautiful sign of the LANA DELLA VECCHIA yarn shop !!!
The first open space you will encounter is Piazza del teatro di Pompeo, to which the chef Luciano Monosilio, of the Luciano Italian cuisine restaurant, has restored beauty and dignity by taking it away from street vendors.
The second widening you will encounter is Piazza Campo de 'Fiori, continuing on Via dei Baullari you will arrive at Piazza Farnese, seat of the French Embassy. It is a beautiful square, worth seeing, then there is a nice corner bar and a small supermarket.
In Campo de 'Fiori, every morning except Sunday, you will find the market. I personally don't love it and have never bought anything. If you want to see the free square you have to go after the market.
The square is full of tables and chairs. Please don't stop to eat, if you are hungry take a piece of pizza in the oven in front of the statue of Giordano Bruno.

Before moving out of the square, head towards Via del Pellegrino in front of the statue of the philosopher and enter Arco degli Acetari ... you will find a courtyard that looks like a snapshot of 50 years ago!
Now cross the square and head towards Via dei Giubbonari is a beautiful street full of shops and movement!
At the end of Via dei Giubbonari you will find yourself in Largo Arenula, go towards Largo di Torre Argentina, on one side there are Roman ruins and on the other there is a huge theater of the 700, cross it, head towards Via dei Cestari, arrive at Piazza della Minerva with its obelisk and the splendid basilica of Santa Maria sopra Minerva, at this point if you go towards via del Piè di Marmo you can visit the Church of Sant'Ignazio di Loyola, if instead you continue straight you can begin to see the Pantheon in all its beauty!
Are you ready? We leave again go to Piazza della Rotonda and take via dei Giustiniani, enter the church of San Luigi dei Francesi, then take via della Scrofa and head to Piazza Sant'Agostino we go to visit the basilica of Sant'Agostino in Campo Marzio, respectively three and a Caravaggio !!!!!
Last church, I swear, go towards Palazzo Madama walk until you cross Corso Vittorio Emanuele and in front of you you will see the church of Sant’Andrea della Valle.

Et voilà, c'est l'un des itinéraires les plus excitants. Prenez toute la journée. Je vous recommande de descendre à l'arrêt Acciaioli et de commencer votre visite en vous dirigeant vers la Via del Banco di Santo Spirito et d'entrer dans Arco dei Banchi, vous trouverez un ciel étoilé qui vous attend.
Retournez vers Corso Vittorio Emanuele et dirigez-vous vers la Via Giulia et visitez l'église particulière de Santa Maria dell'orazione e morte, je vous conseille de ne pas aller jusqu'au bout, la Via Giulia fait un kilomètre de long ! Dirigez-vous vers quelques vieux bancs, dirigez-vous vers la Via del Government Vecchio (oui je sais, vous ferez un petit aller-retour, mais ça vaut le coup, croyez-moi !), allez d'abord vers la Piazza dell'Orologio où se trouve la tour Borromini, puis dirigez-vous vers la Via della Chiesa nuova et arrivez sur la piazza della Chiesa Nuova entrez dans Santa Maria in Vallicella où vous attend un tableau particulier de Rubens. Allez maintenant via dei Coronari, Arco della Pace et Chiostro del Bramante, retournez via dei Coronari, continuez jusqu'à Piazza di Tor Sanguigna, tournez à droite, Via Agonale ... la voici ... Piazza Navona avec son imposante fontaine des quatre fleuves, l'église de Sant'Agnese in Agone et la fontaine de la lande et celle de Neptune !!!!! Si vous voulez continuer à observer la place confortablement assis et à grignoter quelque chose, il y a le beau bistrot VIVI.
Maintenant, vous devez décider si vous allez au Campo de 'Fiori ou au Panthéon !
J'irais au Campo de 'Fiori puis au Panthéon, car depuis le Panthéon, vous pouvez ensuite vous diriger vers Largo Argentina et prendre le bus pour rentrer chez vous, ou Piazza Venezia d'où vous pouvez prendre la ligne 46 ou 916 depuis le terminus, prenant ainsi profitez de la possibilité de faire le trajet assis !
Dirigez-vous vers la Via della Cuccagna, traversez le Corso Vittorio Emanuele et entrez dans la Via dei Baullari, tournez à gauche et regardez la belle enseigne de la boutique de fils LANA DELLA VECCHIA !!!
Le premier espace ouvert que vous rencontrerez est la Piazza del teatro di Pompeo, à laquelle le chef Luciano Monosilio, du restaurant de cuisine italienne Luciano, a redonné beauté et dignité en l'éloignant des marchands ambulants.
Le deuxième élargissement que vous rencontrerez est la Piazza Campo de 'Fiori, en continuant sur la Via dei Baullari, vous arriverez à la Piazza Farnese, siège de l'ambassade de France. C'est une belle place, qui vaut le détour, puis il y a un joli coin bar et un petit supermarché.
A Campo de 'Fiori, tous les matins sauf le dimanche, vous trouverez le marché. Personnellement, je n'aime pas ça et je n'ai jamais rien acheté. Si vous voulez voir la place libre, vous devez aller après le marché.

Au bout de la Via dei Giubbonari, vous vous retrouverez à Largo Arenula, allez vers Largo di Torre Argentina, d'un côté il y a des ruines romaines et de l'autre il y a un immense théâtre du 700, traversez-le, dirigez-vous vers Via dei Cestari , arriver à Piazza della Minerva avec son obélisque et la splendide basilique de Santa Maria sopra Minerva, à ce stade, si vous allez vers via del Piè di Marmo, vous pouvez visiter l'église de Sant'Ignazio di Loyola, si au contraire vous continuez tout droit, vous pouvez commencez à voir le Panthéon dans toute sa beauté !

Look at Bernini's turtle fountain in Piazza Mattei and the Portico d'Ottavia with the Teatro Marcello.
After walking through the ghetto, cross the bridge and head towards the Tiber Island, an island in the center of Rome, where a hospital is located!
Walk along the Tiber and in Piazza Gioacchino Belli cross the street in front of Dante's house in Piazza Sidney Sonnino and start walking towards Trastevere.
You cannot miss the Benedictine monastery of Santa Cecilia, the church of Santa Maria in Trastevere and its fountain, Piazza Trilussa and Ponte Sisto.
In Trastevere there is the botanical garden, if you want to immerse yourself in a quiet and calm atmosphere.

À mon avis, vous ne pouvez pas aller au Trastevere et ne pas aller au Gianicolo, alors les jambes sur les épaules et dirigez-vous vers la Via Garibaldi, en montant vous verrez la fontaine Acqua Paola, devant il y a une terrasse à couper le souffle surplombant Rome, le Belvédère en devant la statue de Garibaldi puis le phare. Souvenez-vous que sous le Belvédère tous les jours à midi un coup de canon est tiré, faisant retentir les cloches de l'église qui sonnent à l'unisson.

Souvenez-vous que sous le Belvédère tous les jours à midi un coup de canon est tiré, faisant retentir les cloches de l'église qui sonnent à l'unisson.
