Keen to enjoy some locally grown wine? Or have a thing for Port? Then Flame Hill Winery could be just the place for you. We are a huge fan of their Port and the drive to Flame Hill is quiet spectacular - along the iconic Western Ave - however we would recommend going here for a tasting experience versus a dining experience as the food and service has been rather average every time we have gone.

A walk through natural rainforest. This is also a fun place to get some knowledge about the local fauna and flora of the area as there is an information area. You can also end your morning with a delicious breakfast or morning tea overlooking the Glasshouse Mountains at the Mary Cairncross Cafe.

A 6km circuit walk through the golf course and remnant rainforest. It has great views and feels extremely peaceful. It starts and ends in Maleny Town Centre (Put Concept Coffee into your google maps) so you can start your walk with a coffee and then end it with some well deserved breakfast.

An absolutely awesome place to lie in the sun, have a BBQ and take a dip in Fresh Water. The views are absolutely stunning. There is a playground for kiddies and a short bush walk available if you wish. We love going to Baroon Pocket Dam at the end of a hot summers day for a dip. MAKE SURE TO GO TO THE NORTH MALENY ENTRANCE

There is a playground for kiddies and a short bush walk available if you wish. We love going to Baroon Pocket Dam at the end of a hot summers day for a dip. MAKE SURE TO GO TO THE NORTH MALENY ENTRANCE
A great spot for a picnic and swim during the summer months. The water is very chilly, so be prepared 😜.
The only negative is that it does get very busy, so perhaps go early in the morning or later afternoon so you don't have to park too far away.

They are on the 3rd Saturday of every month and we highly recommend you check it out. Go and enjoy food in the sun whilst listening to live music and exploring what the wonderful stores have to offer.
