You're on mountain time in Big Bear.

Big Bear is a town that thrives on tourism but please remeber to treat the quiet mountain town with respect. You came to the mountains to escape the city or take in the sites. Don't be in a rush, don't litter, and clean up after your pet. Thank you

How to use the fireplace!

Please only use Duralog or Duraflame type products. Look inside the fireplace and make sure the chimney flue is open (the flue is a metal piece that closes to keep cold air from entering the cabin). Once the chimney flue is open light a piece of paper or paper towel on fire in the fireplace to draw the smoke up the chimney. Once the air is drawing up then light your Duralog and enjoy.
