A little bit further to walk, but not too far. Great for bikes (grab a bike at the Indego pay-and-go bike station at the corner of Federal and 22nd right around the corner)! Quickest way to get there is go north on 22nd, turn left on Pine and go until you hit the park at the river front. There is an entrance there.
