This is a MUST SEE! It is Everett’s best kept secret. You launch from Everett marina and it is a quarter of a mile paddle to get to the island. Or You can paddle around in the channel and see seals ospreys and EAGLES!

There isn’t a dock and parking is limited but the water is usually pretty smooth and there are usually lots of seals and jellyfish.

There are a few places to get into the lake. The easiest is the main park (Thornton A Sullivan park) because they have a beach and docks. Nice smooth lake that is good for swimming.

This is a great place to spend the day! There are restaurants nearby and ice cream windows. The beach has fire pits, a playground and a beach volleyball net. Beautiful place to watch the sunset! Keep in mind that you will have to pay for parking.

Great place to fly kites. Right next to the marina. Go there and just throw a blanket down on the grass and watch the boats go by.
