Good food, great ambience and lovely environment. Great place to chill with friends or a romantic date. But I would recommend making a reservation as it is always full.

MALas (Malaysian Tapas) takes classics mainly from the Malay, Chinese & Indian cookbooks (from ayam masak merah to fried shrimp wontons to kambing varuval) & reinterpretes them into small plates for bar-style snacking. Food is relatively cheap but service can be slow.

Best nasi lemak in town! People will come all the way here for a taste of Village Park nasi lemak. Street parking can be hard to find, but you can always park at Starling Mall and walk over.

Nice place for food & drinks at Nexus Bangsar South (open till 12am). American barn style ambience with non fuss but good food and cold beers. Charcoal oven is the heart of the kitchen, so do try their pizzas!
